These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CollectVault mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Bloksy Media LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CollectVault, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CollectVault is a universal collection management application that allows users to catalog, organize, track, and value their personal collections. The App provides customizable templates, barcode scanning, photo management, value tracking, and portfolio analytics.

The service includes a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription tier with expanded capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use CollectVault, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CollectVault Premium is available through the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year (equivalent to $3.33/month)

Both plans include a 3-day free trial for eligible users.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on the App Store.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes the following limitations:

• Maximum 2 collections
• Maximum 25 items per collection
• 1 photo per item
• 3 barcode scans per day
• Banner and interstitial advertisements

These limits may be adjusted at our discretion. Premium subscribers have no such limitations.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to CollectVault, including photos, descriptions, values, and collection data ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim any ownership rights over your collections or their contents.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with the App's infrastructure or security
• Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted

8. Value Estimates Disclaimer

CollectVault allows users to input estimated values for their collectible items. These values are user-provided and for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any estimated values. CollectVault should not be relied upon for insurance, appraisal, financial, or investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, templates, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Bloksy Media LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.

10. Data and Backup

While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, including cloud storage and soft deletion, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend regularly exporting your collection data (available to Premium subscribers).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloksy Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Apple End User License Agreement

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
