Bloksy Media LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CollectVault mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Name and email address (via Firebase Authentication)
• Profile photo (from Google or Apple sign-in)
• Authentication provider (Google, Apple, or Email)

Collection Data

When you use the App, we store the data you provide:

• Collection names, descriptions, and settings
• Item names, custom field values, estimated values, and notes
• Photos you upload (stored on Cloudinary)
• Tags and organizational data

Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• App usage analytics via Firebase Analytics (screen views, feature usage, crash reports)
• Advertising identifier (for personalized ads, free tier only)

Purchase Information

When you subscribe to CollectVault Premium, Apple processes the payment. We receive a transaction identifier and subscription status but never your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Sync your collection data across sessions
• Generate portfolio statistics and value tracking
• Process and manage your subscription
• Send relevant push notifications (with your consent)
• Display advertisements to free tier users
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Firebase Authentication — Account creation and sign-in (Google LLC)
• Firebase Analytics — App usage analytics and crash reporting (Google LLC)
• Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting and diagnostics (Google LLC)
• Cloudinary — Image storage, optimization, and delivery (Cloudinary Ltd)
• Google AdMob — Advertising for free tier users (Google LLC)
• Apple StoreKit 2 — Subscription purchase processing (Apple Inc)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

4. Advertising

Free tier users may see ads powered by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

CollectVault Premium subscribers see no advertisements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by o2switch (France, EU) and Cloudinary. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure token-based authentication (Firebase + Laravel Sanctum)
• Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials
• Soft deletion for collections and items (allowing recovery)

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (collections, items, images) is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the App
• Export your collection data (Premium feature)
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your account and all associated data from the App settings
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

CollectVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and France. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
